MAZDA MX-5 CLUB OF QLD

Welcome to the Mazda MX-5 Club of QLD

The Mazda MX-5 Club of Queensland is for Mazda MX-5 owners and enthusiasts who like to get together and enjoy their great little sports car on the open road and racing tracks. The Club has over 220 “cars” as members and is constantly growing. Our activities combine a variety of motorsport events and social drives, social dining, driver training, picnics and weekends away, all with people who enjoy driving their MX-5s.

The Club’s activities are conducted throughout four general regions: Great Brisbane, Gold Coast and Scenic Rim, Darling Downs and Lockyer Valley and Sunshine Coast and Somerset. Each region hosts a social drive every month from February to November. Members are welcome to attend any event in any region.

The Club is also active in motorsport. Members are offered on-track opportunities such as driver training, general track experience, sprints and consistency events. The Club competes in the annual Inter Club Challenge Queensland (ICCQ) which involves a variety of competition events from motorkhana to hillclimb. Members also have the opportunity to compete in track events conducted by other car clubs at preferential and affordable rates.
