NATMEET XV – TOOWOOMBA – 11 - 15 APRIL 2024
NatMeet XV will be held in Toowoomba from the 11th to 15th of April 2024. We will be driving the many enjoyable and challenging roads in the Darling Downs and Lockyer Valley. The detailed program is available here:
NatMeet XV Program & Outline
REGISTRATION
NatMeet XV is open to members of all Australian Mazda MX-5 Clubs. The entry fee is $700 per person and includes a 'welcome pack', regalia items, morning teas and lunches each day, entry to the Show 'n Shine and the Cobb & Co Museum, entry to attractions visited during social runs, a welcome function on the first evening the theme dinner dance at Picnic Point Restaurant and the formal Gala Dinner & Awards Night at the classic art deco architecture and heritage listed Empire Theatre on the last evening.
Entry for the Track Day and accommodation costs are not included in the Registration Fee.
LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED
Registration closed on 1 Oct 2023. Late registration requests will be considered. Please contact the organising committee at natmeet@mx5clubqld.com.au
PAYMENTS:
A deposit of $350 per person is required at the time of Registration. The second and final payment is required by 15 December 2023. A reminder will be sent to you two weeks before.
Payments can be made by instalments, of at least $100 per payment, with the full fee being paid by 15 Dec 23.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation for the event will be at Central Plaza and The Oaks Hotels, in the center of Toowoomba. Both hotels are offering special rates. There are ample options for you to decide what type of accommodation you would like as both hotels offer individual rooms and apartments. Share a multi-room apartment to take advantage of the best rates.
